Shipping conditions:

Delivery takes place within Germany ("Zone 1"), in the  European Union  ("Zone 2": Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) and all other countries ("Zone 3")

*Shipping to German islands is excluded. No shipping to the following foreign islands: Azores, Canary Islands, French Guiana, Guateloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Madeira

Shipping costs (including VAT):

• Zone 1: the minimum order value is €50. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of €8. Delivery is free of charge for orders over €250.
• Zone 2:  away For orders over €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €15. For orders under €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €19.
• Zone 3: away For orders over €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €20. For orders under €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €24.

Delivery times:

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
