Shipping to German islands is excluded. There is no shipping to the following foreign islands: Azores, Canary Islands, French Guiana, Guateloupe, Martinque, Mayotte, Reunion, Madeira

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) :

Zone 1: the minimum order value is €50. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of €8. Delivery is free of charge from €250.

Zone 2: from €250 order value, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €15. Below an order value of €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €19.

Zone 3: from an order value of €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €20. Below an order value of €250, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €24.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 4 days at the latest, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you . In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The "Invoice" payment option gives you the opportunity to sell your products before you have to pay for them.

If you order your products, you will only receive an invoice when they are shipped. You can conveniently pay for this up to 30 days later.
